I’m not a supporter of his by any I Like Beer And My Corgi And Maybe 3 People Vintage Shirtmeans, but if I recall (I haven’t looked into it too deep) he did pass laws for tougher penalties for animal abuse, which is a wildly out of character move that I’m grateful for. Move the US embassy to Jerusalem?? that’s not permanent?

He got rid of the “healthy” lunch initiative. The one I Like Beer And My Corgi And Maybe 3 People Vintage Shirt where kids absolutely had to take a fruit and vegetable at lunch, no exceptions. While the idea behind it isn’t bad, it created SO MUCH WASTE. Some schools did a trade type program where kids could take the food they weren’t going to eat and leave it for other kids that wanted it. But not all. Not the one I work at. We couldn’t even donate it to local farmers. We were throwing away hundreds of pounds of uneaten food every day. Now that it’s gone there’s still waste, but we’ve reduced it by almost half of what it was last year. We used to fill up 16-18 garbage bags every day and now it’s about.
