That’s the Premium A Lazy Day Every Day Shirt price of admission for having a hospital. We had to throw a fit bc admin wanted to take our emergency baby warmer. Their reasoning was that our community hospital doesn’t have an L&D dept, so no ambulance is going drop off a laboring pt with us…yeah because people having surprise babies ONLY EVER CALL AMBULANCES…oh to wait they actually almost NEVER call them and instead just stagger up to the ER door looking for help and it’s our ethical and professional duty to have the equipment ready and available to give them the standard of care. There are millions of them, republicans and democrats alike, willing to sell their soul for a handful of cash. They disgust me.
