Nigerian Jollof rice, it’s one of Sugar Skull Girl La Santa Muertos Day Of Dead Shirt the best most flavorful dishes I have ever tried. I have spent years gradually getting better making it over and over again, it’s pretty simple but it is phenomenal. West African cooking is awesome, it’s not a common cuisine in restaurants so it’s fun to learn and explore the flavors, it has definitely ignited a curiosity about a part of the world I know very little about. I am from Germany and my favorite food is Frankfurter green sauce with potatoes and simple boiled eggs. The green sauce is a mix of 7 specific herbs, DONT uses any other or leave one out (i know you can use others but these are the traditional ones). As you prefer you can add onions or mustard, don’t ad garlic.

You need FRESH parsley, Sugar Skull Girl La Santa Muertos Day Of Dead Shirt chives, chervil, borage, sorrel, garden cress, and salad burnet. Mix it with sour cream or yogurt or both and some olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. I prefer adding mustard and maybe some onions. Serve it cold with hot potatoes and eggs if you like. About 1 part herbs to 2-3 parts cream/yogurt. For the vegans: you can use vegan soy yogurt or if you can get it vegan cream (cream vega from dr Oetker works fine, don’t know if you can get it outside Germany). Instead of eggs you can use smoked tofu and add some kale Manak salt that contains a lot of sulfur compounds that taste like egg and smoked tofu already has a similar texture.
