I am a paramedic. Psych calls are already a decent part Beautiful Peace love Sanitize Shirt of our job. Since March, the amount of psych calls I’ve done has skyrocketed. It’s really gonna depend on your therapist, but I get where you’re coming from. I was seeing somebody for about a year before lockdowns started so the transition to remote was fairly smooth and great. She didn’t really give me bull like that to start, but a frequent topic is how I can’t as easily access those little coping things like going for a walk or whatever. Still, as time goes on I’ve felt like I want to add DBT back into my routine.

But IDK if I’ll get as much out of a group Beautiful Peace love Sanitize Shirts in a zoom call. I did a couple of consults but never followed up because it didn’t seem worth it. I am currently using this for a phobia. There are some logistical hurdles role-playing that we are working around but I’m so happy to get help and I’m seeing progress. I highly recommend getting help, even in a less than ideal format. Before the pandemic, I considered our sessions as ‘maintenance’ to lessen flares of anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I’ve had a rough ride over the past few months in the anxiety department. But it has been manageable – in large part because of access to a skillful, well-matched therapist.

Good quality t-shirt. Order one size up. I washed in gentle cold cycle and hung on rack to dry. Wash before wearing, black color bleeds a little. But nice quality for price, good weight, soft tee. I will order more colors.

So glad I read the reviews about sizing! Order up at least 1 size. I normally wear Smalls or mediums, I’m 5’6” 135 lbs, 34 B. I wanted some semi-loose shirts so I ordered Larges and they are perfect! Definitely run VERY small so make sure to order up. Quality is good – white is not see through! I’m ordering more now!

I absolutely love the quality, style, and comfortability of these tops. The ONLY thing I would caution a buyer on is sizing. I am a size small in tops. I am an A cup (or less really). I’m 5’8” and 134 lbs. I ordered a small and could barely pull it over my shoulders. A medium likely would have been a fine fit but I went with large to have a bit more of a relaxed look. The larges fit me exactly how I wanted.

I loved these tees! I ordered the pack of black/grey/white and they all fit and look as what it is stated. Sizing is off, I am 5’3 and 145lbs, usually wear a S or M but I ordered a Large because of the reviews and it was the perfect choice! Medium would have been too tight and Small would not have fit. Love the deep V-neck and fit overall of the shirts, so simple yet you can dress them up. They do fit longer on me, but it still works. Very content with my purchase.

These shirts are nice and as described but not as forgiving as you might want in a “soft” shirt. I usually get a l and got an xl and it is fitted.

This tee seems to be well made. The stitching is of great quality. Fabric is soft to the touch. The only issue is it runs very very small. I am normally a medium ordered a large (after reading other reviews) and should have ordered an xl. Although an XL may have shown even more Clevage and that wouldn’t have been optimal.
