It’s really scummy how the media flips this to some bs medical condition. Imagine if that was your brother or relative, would you want to hear that bs have that scum suffocated him. They tend to report as fact things that come from sources who have the motivation to spin one way or another (cops and ME in this case) without the due diligence and questioning they would apply to other sources.
