I am a paramedic. Psych calls are already a decent Beautiful Good Bye 2020 Hello 2021 Happy New Year Shirt part of our job. Since March, the amount of psych calls I’ve done has skyrocketed. It’s really gonna depend on your therapist, but I get where you’re coming from. I was seeing somebody for about a year before lockdowns started so the transition to remote was fairly smooth and great. She didn’t really give me bull like that to start, but a frequent topic is how I can’t as easily access those little coping things like going for a walk or whatever. Still, as time goes on I’ve felt like I want to add DBT back into my routine.

But IDK if I’ll get as much out of a group in a zoom call. I did a couple of consults Beautiful Good Bye 2020 Hello 2021 Happy New Year Shirts but never followed up because it didn’t seem worth it. I am currently using this for a phobia. There are some logistical hurdles role-playing that we are working around but I’m so happy to get help and I’m seeing progress. I highly recommend getting help, even in a less than ideal format. Before the pandemic, I considered our sessions as ‘maintenance’ to lessen flares of anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I’ve had a rough ride over the past few months in the anxiety department. But it has been manageable – in large part because of access to a skillful, well-matched therapist.

These are nice quality for the price. The fabric is substantial. I wanted a little extra room so I went one size up and was pleased that reduced any chance of clinging. It didn’t seem to shrink in the wash but I never dry cotton stuff past damp for that very reason.
These are slightly fitted at the waist so they don’t look boxy…another reason to size up for a little extra room.

I bought the two pack in large. They fit right in a casual way. I’m 5’7” about 170lb. All cotton no stretch but soft & comfortable. Great everyday shirt when your like me & don’t like polyester. No shrinking when dried on low as tag says.

A fit and pretty pink color. It does shrink a little after washing and take out before complete drying or will be wrinkled . If you want a loose fit like me and I am a medium , I ordered a large size and it a great size for me! I am buying three more, for the the different colors are running out of stock!
